Every MoveU program is delivered by a person, not a platform — and for most families the person is the whole decision. These are the specialists who lead our programs.

Vikas Rathi is MoveU’s founder, and the one expert here with a page of his own — you can meet Vikas Rathi, founder and specialist in older adults before you book anything. Hitesh teaches yoga. Sahil coaches fitness, strength and the habits that make it hold. And Preeti is a physiotherapist — she works on movement after an injury or surgery, at home or over video.

Their work runs straight through the programs you can book: the programs our experts run for older adults — balance, mobility, strength, confidence on the stairs — and yoga at home in Delhi-NCR or live over video. Personal training and habit coaching sit in the same weekly plan, shaped by whichever expert you are matched with.

Will the same expert come every time?

Yes — that’s the default. MoveU matches you with one expert at your free consultation, and the same person delivers every session so your plan, progress and preferences never get lost in a handover. If your expert is ever unavailable, we tell you first and you decide.

It matters more than it sounds: an older client stops bracing for a stranger somewhere around the third visit, and that is usually when the real work starts.

Can I choose or change my expert?

Yes. At your free consultation you meet your matched expert before anything begins — and if the fit isn’t right at any point, tell us and we’ll rematch you. Every MoveU professional is certified and background-verified, so the standard never changes.
