Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use moveu.in or book a MoveU service.

1. Who we are

MoveU is a wellness company based in New Delhi, working with clients since 2014. You can reach us at info@moveu.in, on WhatsApp or by phone at +91 96251 08363, or through our contact page. “You” means the person booking and, where different, the person the sessions are for.

2. Our services

Certified, background-verified MoveU experts design and guide personalized wellness programs:

• senior wellness — balance, mobility and strength;
• exercise programs for people managing conditions such as diabetes, hypertension or arthritis;
• rehab and mobility programs after an injury or surgery;
• yoga;
• fitness, weight and lifestyle coaching;
• corporate wellness for teams.

Sessions take place in your home in Delhi-NCR or live over video, wherever you are. We confirm in-home availability for your area at the consultation.

3. Not medical care

MoveU provides wellness and exercise services. We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis or therapy, and our experts do not prescribe medication or give medical advice.

Our programs support your doctor’s care; they never replace it. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury or surgery, check with your doctor before you start. Where your condition calls for it, and with your consent, we coordinate with your doctor.

4. The free consultation

Your first consultation is free and carries no obligation. An expert talks through your goals, health and routine and suggests a plan — at your home in Delhi-NCR or over video.

5. Booking

You can book through the form on this site, on WhatsApp or by phone. A session is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you.

6. Rescheduling and cancellation

Tell us as early as you can by phone, WhatsApp or email, and we will find you another time. Cancelling a free consultation costs nothing. For paid programs, any cancellation terms are given to you in writing before you pay, and we never apply a charge you were not told about.

7. Fees and payment

Fees depend on your program — how often and how long you meet, and whether sessions are at home or over video. They are quoted to you in writing after the free consultation, together with payment and any refund terms. Nothing is payable until you accept the quote.

8. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate, up-to-date information about your health, medication, injuries and your doctor’s advice.
• Get your doctor’s clearance before starting, where it is advised.
• Provide a safe, clear space for in-home sessions.
• Have a responsible adult present if the person training needs help moving or could not call for help alone.
• Stop and tell your expert straight away if anything hurts or feels wrong.

9. Our experts

MoveU experts are certified in their fields and background-verified before they work with clients. We aim to keep the same expert with you throughout a program and will talk to you before any change.

10. Testimonials

The stories, quotes and videos on this site are approved testimonials from real MoveU clients, shared with their permission. A client can ask us to remove theirs at any time. Individual results vary, and no testimonial is a promise of a particular result for you.

11. Website content

The text, images, video and design on moveu.in belong to MoveU or its licensors. You may view, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

Exercise carries some risk. You take part on the basis that you have told us honestly about your health and followed your doctor’s advice. To the extent the law allows, MoveU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our services.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information, including any health details you share, is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Ending services

You can stop at any time by telling us. We may end services if continuing would be unsafe, if important health information given to us was wrong, or if our expert is treated abusively. If we do, we will explain why and settle anything outstanding under the quote you accepted.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@moveu.in so we can put it right.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its “last updated” date, and we will tell you if a change affects a program you have already started. Questions are welcome — contact us.
