Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

MoveU is a wellness company based in New Delhi, working with clients since 2014. We offer sessions in clients’ homes across Delhi-NCR and live over video. This policy covers personal information shared through moveu.in.

2. What we collect

The booking form asks for:

• the service you are interested in, who the sessions are for, and their age range
• an optional note about health (see section 3)
• your name, phone number and how you would like us to contact you (WhatsApp, call or email)
• your email address (optional), your city and, for corporate enquiries, your company
• your preferred time and any note you choose to add

Each enquiry also records a reference number and the page or campaign you came from. We also collect basic usage information, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.

3. Health information

Sharing health details is optional; you can tell your expert at the free consultation instead. If you do share them, we treat them as sensitive personal data:

• we use them only to prepare your consultation and match you with the right expert
• only our team and the expert assigned to you see them; they are stored and passed to our team through the secure services listed in section 5
• the health details you write are never used for advertising or sent to any advertising platform
• we delete them whenever you ask

4. How we use your information

• to reply to your enquiry and arrange your consultation and sessions
• to keep the site and booking form secure and free of spam
• to understand how the site is used and improve it
• to measure whether our advertising works
• to keep ordinary business records

We use your enquiry details with your consent, which you give when you submit the form or contact us. Analytics and ad measurement are explained in section 6, including how to turn them off.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run this site, each acting on our instructions:

• website hosting
• secure storage of enquiries
• instant notifications to our team
• spam protection for the booking form
• analytics and advertising measurement (Google)

If you choose WhatsApp, our conversation takes place on WhatsApp under its own terms. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our own cookies remember how you arrived at the site and your approximate location, so the form can suggest your phone code. Google Analytics measures how the site is used, and Google advertising measurement records when an enquiry came from an ad. Google may also use its cookies to show MoveU ads to people who have visited the site. For visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google’s analytics and advertising cookies are off, and details of the ad you clicked are not passed to any advertising platform.

7. Where your data is processed

We are based in India. Some of our service providers may store or process information outside India.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver your sessions and keep business records. Ask us, and we will delete it sooner.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections, store enquiries securely and limit access to the people who need it. If a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

10. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you
• correct or update it
• delete it, including any health information
• withdraw your consent

Email info@moveu.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 96251 08363. We may first confirm your identity. If you are unhappy with our reply, contact our Grievance Officer (section 13). You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, if you live outside India, your local data-protection authority.

11. Client feedback and testimonials

After we have worked together, we may send you an optional feedback form. We publish a quote only with your permission, and we remove it whenever you ask.

12. Children and family members

This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18. If you enquire for a family member, please tell them and share their health details only with their agreement.

13. Grievance Officer

For questions or complaints about your personal information, email info@moveu.in, marked for the attention of the Grievance Officer, or contact us. We will reply and aim to resolve your grievance within one month.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Use of the site is also covered by our Terms of Service.
