1. Who we are
MoveU (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a New Delhi wellness company that has worked with clients since 2014. We run this website, moveu.in, and we deliver wellness sessions in clients’ homes across Delhi-NCR and live over video anywhere in the world. This policy explains what happens to personal data that reaches us through this site — above all through the booking form — and how you can have it corrected or removed.
You can write to us care of MoveU, New Delhi, India, email info@moveu.in, or call and message us on +91 96251 08363. Your use of the site itself is governed by our Terms of Service.
2. What we collect
2.1 Information you give us (the booking form)
The booking form asks for the following, and nothing more:
- the service you are interested in, and who the sessions are for — yourself, a parent, a partner, your team
- the age range of the person who will be training
- anything you choose to write in the medical-conditions field, which has a “None” option — see section 3
- your name
- your phone number, and the country it belongs to
- how you would rather we reached you — WhatsApp, a call, or email
- your email address, which is optional unless you ask us to reply by email
- your city
- your company, for corporate enquiries
- the time of day that suits you
- anything else you write in the free-text note
Three things travel with the form that you do not type: a one-time anti-bot token from Cloudflare Turnstile, a random enquiry reference that lets us recognise a duplicate submission, and a record of the page and campaign you arrived from. None of those identify you by name.
While you are filling the form in, your browser keeps a draft of the non-identifying answers — the service, who it is for, the age band, contact preference, preferred time, phone country and the random reference — in its own session storage for up to 24 hours, so a half-finished form is not lost if you wander off. Your name, phone number, email address and message are never part of that draft, and it is cleared the moment you submit.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Attribution cookies (
mu_ftandmu_lt, 90 days) — the campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, referring website, landing page and date that describe how you reached us. They tell us which advert or link led to an enquiry; they say nothing about who you are. - A coarse location cookie (
mu_geo, 24 hours) — country, timezone and city, read from our host’s IP-geolocation headers, so the booking form can offer the right phone code and we can call you at a civil hour. The IP address itself is not stored in the cookie. - Google Analytics 4 usage data — pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, which device you used, and how you got here.
- Ordinary server logs kept by our host as part of serving the site.
Your IP address is used in the moment — to rate-limit the booking form and to let Cloudflare check that a submission comes from a person — and it is not written into any cookie of ours. When an enquiry is delivered to our team, our own application log records only the enquiry reference and whether delivery succeeded: no names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, tokens, cookies or IP addresses. Every cookie, its exact purpose and its lifetime are listed in our Cookie Policy.
3. Health-related information (sensitive personal data)
The booking form asks whether there is anything about your health we should know, and it asks for an answer. You never have to disclose a condition to us: the field has a “None” button that answers it for you in one tap, and you can always tell the expert in person at the free consultation instead. Whatever you do choose to write there is sensitive personal data or information under India’s SPDI Rules, and health data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and we treat it that way.
- We collect it only with your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
- We use it for one purpose: to prepare your consultation and match you with the right expert.
- We share it only with the MoveU team and the expert assigned to you.
- We never use health information for advertising, profiling or audience-building. No health signal of any kind leaves this site for an advertising platform — not to Google, not to anyone else.
- We delete it on request. Ask, and it goes: see section 10.
4. Why we use your data, and on what basis
- To arrange your consultation and your sessions — on your consent, given when you send the form or message us.
- To keep the site and the form working safely — bot checks, rate-limiting and the ordinary security of a public website. This is our legitimate interest in running the site.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it — analytics, described in the Cookie Policy.
- To keep ordinary business records of the work we do for clients.
We do not sell your data — not now, not ever. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing. Nothing on this site makes an automated determination about you, and we do not build behavioural profiles.
5. Who processes or receives your data
We use a handful of established services to run the site and receive enquiries. Each acts on our instructions, for the purpose named below, and for nothing else.
| Service | What they do for us | Data touched |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosts moveu.in; supplies the coarse, IP-derived location headers behind mu_geo; keeps server logs | Request metadata; IP address, transiently |
| Google (Sheets) | Stores enquiries so our team can act on them | Everything you submit on the form, including any health notes |
| Google (Analytics 4 and Tag Manager) | Site analytics, and delivery of the tags that collect it | Usage data and the _ga cookies. No health-related signal is ever sent for advertising personalisation |
| Telegram | Alerts our team the moment an enquiry arrives, so nobody waits a day for a reply | A summary of the enquiry, including any health note you write |
| Cloudflare (Turnstile) | Checks that a form submission comes from a person and not a bot | The anti-bot token; IP address, transiently |
If you choose WhatsApp as your contact preference, the conversation itself happens on WhatsApp, under Meta’s terms rather than ours. And when we send Google a signal that an enquiry happened, advertising identifiers are withheld and the signal is marked as not consented for anyone enquiring from the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. Because we use Google Analytics, we are asked to point you to Google’s own notice: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets a small number of cookies: three of our own, for attribution and coarse location, and Google Analytics’ own. Every one of them is listed by name, purpose and lifetime — along with the storage your browser keeps that is not a cookie at all — in our Cookie Policy, which also explains how to refuse or delete them.
7. Where your data is processed
We are in India, and our team works from India. The services in section 5 are run by companies based outside India and may store or process data on servers in other countries, including the United States and the European Union; we rely on the protections set out in their published terms. Many of our clients live abroad and book for a parent in Delhi: wherever you are, your enquiry is handled by us in India and by those services wherever they operate.
8. How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it takes to answer it and to run the program you asked for, and afterwards for as long as we need ordinary records of the work — then we delete it. We have deliberately not published a single number here, because we would rather say what we actually do than publish a schedule we do not follow. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will. Cookie lifetimes are a separate matter and are stated exactly in the Cookie Policy.
9. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS only, and the booking form is protected by an anti-bot check and rate-limiting. Enquiries travel to our team over encrypted connections and land in accounts held by the people who need them. Our own application logs are written without personal data by design, so an enquiry cannot leak through a log file. No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise — if something goes wrong that affects your data, we will tell you, and the authorities, as the law requires.
10. Your rights — access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and why;
- correct or update anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete what we hold, including anything you told us about your health;
- withdraw your consent — for the whole enquiry, or just for the health information within it.
Write to info@moveu.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 96251 08363. We will ask a question or two to confirm it is really you — usually the phone number the enquiry came from — before we act. Withdrawing consent stops us using your data from that point on; it does not undo what was already done while consent stood, and if you withdraw consent for health information we may no longer be able to run your sessions safely. We will tell you plainly if that is the case rather than carry on regardless.
11. Children and booking for family members
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18 through it. Many of our enquiries come from an adult child booking for a parent, or one partner for another — that is normal here, not an exception. If you are enquiring on somebody else’s behalf, please tell them you have, and share health details only if they are content for you to do so. If you believe a child’s data has reached us through this site, write to info@moveu.in and we will delete it.
12. Grievances and questions
If anything about the way we handle your data troubles you, tell us — the route is deliberately short. Write to info@moveu.in, marked for the attention of the Grievance Officer, or contact us by phone or WhatsApp on +91 96251 08363. The same address handles every request in section 10: access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent. We will look into what you raise and reply to you directly.
13. Changes to this policy
When we change something that matters — a new service handling your data, a new purpose, a change to your rights — we will say so on this page and give it a new “last updated” date. We do not revise this policy quietly. Your use of the site is also governed by our Terms of Service.
This policy is provided in English; contact us if you need help understanding it.
